Ryan Heath


Ryan is one of the first 300 Voice CCIEs in the world. He brings over 20 years of tech experience to the team, with multiple IP telephony rollouts for both public and private sector companies. Ryan manages a team of senior and junior engineers in large-scale IPT deployments. As a highly motivated and extremely focused individual, he manages solutions as the primary escalation point for customers.

Dena Colombo

VP Sales

Dena holds a number of Cisco sales certifications including her CSE, CLSS, IPCAAM, AWLANAM and CDMS1, giving her a wealth of experience and knowledge in Cisco solutions. She manages all sales reps for CA and NC, and has successfully developed and coordinated sales training, sales content and field development while establishing strategies for enhanced customer growth and retention.

Lee Edmonson

VP Operations

Lee has more than 30 years of management experience, and is responsible for the operational integrity and control strategies of Epoch Universal. He has developed, retained and expanded relationships with stakeholders and customers to successfully drive results. He has brought value through his experiences in preparing proposals and gathering requirements for projects, which he then translates into viable proposals for clients.

Tamra McLaughlin


Tamra has been the CFO for Epoch Universal since 2008, and is a fundamental asset to the foundation that is now a thriving company today. She has established and implemented short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Tamra provides a deep process understanding of logistics operations and IT integration.
